After Service Policy
For the original owner/purchaser, your Merida bicycle will be guaranteed from the date of purchase under following conditions. Merida will offer replacement frames for warranty and will reserves the right to provide a substitute.

Lifetime warranty on all carbon fiber frames
Damage caused by material factors under normal use, excluding human or external force factors.

5-year warranty on carbon fiber forks
Damage caused by material factors under normal use, excluding human or external force factors.
Frame paint and general components: Within one year from the date of purchase, including: forks, bearings, front/rear derailleurs, brake levers, wheelsets, handlebars, handlebar stems, seatposts, cranksets, etc. (based on the warranty period provided by the original parts manufacturer). Merida's warranty applies only to the original owner/purchaser, who must provide a warranty card, frame number, and ensure that the warranty is registered.

To activate the warranty, you must meet the following three conditions:
Regularly inspect and maintain your bike to promptly detect unexpected wear or damage. Follow the professional judgment of authorized Merida dealers to ensure safe and troubl-free riding conditions for your bike.
Dedicated Use
the bicycle only in appropriate environments.

No Modifications
All parts on the bicycle are original Merida factory parts and have not been modified.

Normal Riding and Maintenance
Damage caused by wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, accidents, overloading, incorrect installation of accessories, etc., will not be covered under the warranty.
